WireCircuitPro is a discovery and networking directory connecting users with licensed electrical professionals. We are not a contractor, do not perform electrical work, and do not employ the contractors listed.
3. No professional advice
Content on the Platform is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed electrician or engineer. Always consult a qualified professional for electrical work and code compliance.
4. Contractor listings
We make reasonable efforts to verify license and insurance information but do not guarantee accuracy. You are responsible for verifying credentials, getting written estimates, and contracting directly with any professional you hire.
5. User accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by submitting false information, scraping data without permission, attempting to breach security, or using the Platform to send spam or unlawful content.
7. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WireCircuitPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any services provided by listed contractors.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WireCircuitPro harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
